   TRANSFORMATION!!!! Spring is on its way. Shed the old winter’s overgrowth and emerge refreshed, embracing the light and warmth as the sun reclaims its power in this new year. Through restoration of our internal rythms we can transform as the butterfly, breaking free from dormancy and stretching our wings to experience new life and opportunities.

   Being a lover of words and their power - I say it is both…

   Perhaps you believe that we return to this physical world to re-live life and learn the lesson(s) we were sent here to learn - and then you look at some of the synonyms of the word “restoration” you will find words such as reinstatatement, re-establishment, return and restitution - you may find that life is an opportunity of restoration.

   Or perhaps you believe that part of our journey through life is that we learn and grow from our experiences in life, and that part of learning and growth is change - and then you look at some of the synonyms of the word “transformation” you will find words such as alteration, change, conversion, revolution - you may find that life is an opportunity for transformation.

   And if you are like me and believe in both - you may see why I suggest that life is both restoration and transformation.

   Transformation. Words cannot express how happy I am to have had the experience of transforming thru these past 41 years and Trine has helped me truly believe that my purpose which has been known to me for many years, yet left unanswered is truly important. I am so excited for my journey forward and Standing in your own power seminar next weekend. I also wanted to thank you for helping my daughter and finding time in your super busy schedule to fit her in. She said last night that you helped her lift a weight off of her that she was completely unaware she had been carrying. You are such a blessing.

   Well first off…both! Because of Trine there is no way I could have possibly said that…not even a year ago! Well atleast have been confident about it! What a wonderful being she is! I am so happy to have found her. She has helped me, and is still helping me to become one of the reasons I am here to begin with! I love you Trine and hope to make you proud!
