The reason Trine is so much the "real deal" is because she doesn't talk from her head, she shares her very personal serious-funny-laugh at me-cry with me experiences as examples, tells us how to find the answers we need, coaches us to ask ourselves the hard questions, and gives us tools, exercises, meditations, reading suggestions, classes, you name it, to get on with our journey. Trine's gentle direction and loving guidance has helped me find my true self and begin work toward my inner calling. I have learned how to embrace the gentle side of self and love that it is a part of me. Compassion, love, and empathy are not emotions to be feared, but welcomed and experienced. I can share this one person at a time, not necessarily in a verbal exchange, but in everything I do.

Though I have struggled to find a balance in my life, I am learning that true balance is accepting the imbalance and flowing with it. This acceptance gives me the freedom to be imperfect (unable to juggle everything like "SuperMom") which helps me center myself and therefore, become mentally, emotionally, and spiritually balanced.

While Trine did not hand me answers to my questions, she showed me how to connect with who I am physically, emotionally, and spiritually, how to find that safe place within myself where all questions could be asked and answered by me of my higher power. Around 5 years ago, I embarked on a journey of personal healing and spiritual growth. My path led me to Trine'. She is a very beautiful and gifted intuitive Healer. It was through her that I was first introduced to Reiki and its benefits. My journey eventually led me to the place whereby in the fulfillment of what I believe to be part of my lifes' purpose, I would develop as a Healer so I could help bring healing and Gods Light to others. Approximately a year ago, I began to study Reiki and since then, I have received both Reiki 1 and 2 Certifications and in December, I will be taking my Master Reiki certification course.*
Reiki can be self administered as well as given to others. Since I took the first course, I have hardly missed a day of giving myself a 30 minute Reiki session in the morning. My own experience has been that I feel wonderful everyday, I feel connected, and I am always in good health. The ability of channeling these energies resides in everyone of us; it is just a matter of receiving an "attunement" which opens up the channel and being willing to be that clear and present channel of these universal energies for the purpose of healing of yourself and/or others.
